Yes. The Foundational Course provides a comprehensive framework that can become the basis for further learning and change. Also, when you sign up for the foundational course, you get a free IIH membership!
The online course is offered continuously. It is on demand at your own pace. The workshop version will be offered in 2023. You can stay informed about this and other offerings by signing up for our newsletter.
You will have twelve months from the time that you registered. Once you sign up we will support you and help keep you moving.
You will need a score of 80% or better on the final test to pass the course, but don’t worry, you get two chances, and there is nothing tricky about the questions.
No problem. We also offer the course without credit
The Foundational course comes with mentoring and weekly check-ins.
It will take at least 2-3 hours each week to go through the material, and you will spend an hour to an hour & a half per week with live coaching. After that it will be up to you to practice what you are learning.
