OUR MISSION

Susan Beatty holds a bachelors degree in psychology and chemistry from Sonoma State University; a Ph.D. in chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University, & an M.D. degree & breast imaging fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania. After a brief career in research and teaching, she practiced medicine in New York State for 20 years, specializing in the diagnosis of breast cancer.

Dr. Beatty is an NLP Master Practitioner and hypnotist certified through the NLP Center of New York, and Health Coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is one of the founders of The Institute for Interactive Healing.

Dr. Beatty resides in Sarasota Florida, an artsy gulf coast community, where she enjoys life with her husband and friends. She loves to “feed” others, which is perfectly in sync with a lifelong passion for cooking, interest in nutrition, and desire to heal.

“My goal as an educator & coach is to turn the tables on burnout and bring balance back into the lives of fellow physicians and other healthcare providers.”

Victor Kiarsis has a bachelors degree in history & math from Dartmouth College, where he was recognized with distinction in physics. While at Dartmouth, he developed software for their Kiewit Computer Center. Victor also has a MBA from the Tuck Business School in finance and a MSW degree from Fordham University. His early career was in banking, followed by a decade in Private Equity and a decade as an individual entrepreneur, with worldwide businesses of 1,500 employees and sales of $90 million.

After the passing of his younger business partner due to a chronic degenerative disease, Mr. Kiarsis retired from business, earned his MSW degree from the Fordham School of Social Services and spent 8 years learning & becoming an expert in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. In 2019 He published Understanding Ericksonian Hypnotherapy: Selected Writings of Sidney Rosen. He is a Licensed MSW in New York.

Mr. Kiarsis resides in Wellington, Florida. He has five children and six grandchildren. In the tradition of his father and grandfather, both physicians, he focuses his present efforts on developing healing programs for physicians, healthcare workers and others.
